Use Business Units to segment Locations by business focus and select specific General Ledger accounts.
ID - Select a unique ID in this eight character alpha-numeric field.
Name - Enter a name for the business unit in this 40 character alpha-numeric field.
Prepaid Account - Enter the GL account or select F12 to search.
Prepaid Cash Discount Account - Enter the GL account or select F12 to search.
Prepaid Rounding GL Account - Enter the GL account or select F12 to search.
Default Prepaid Expiration Day - Enter the day of the month Prepaids will expire by default.
Prepaid Rounding Limit -
Prepaid Remnant Closing - Indicate how the prepaid closing balance will be handled. Select either
- Accounts Receivable - any balance is transferred to the Customers Accounts Receivable account.
- Write Off- any balance is written off.
Prepaid Remnant Closing Balance - If a prepaid balance is below this amount, the prepaid is closed.
